Our latest update allows users to customize our unsubscribe logic, something that has been requested for some time.
This provides a personalized experience to your audience, being able to choose which lists will be unsubscribed from if they unsubscribe from a specific automation.
Please note that the current automation logic will not change. This requires manual adjustment that you must perform on each automation.
The positive thing about this update is that now you have control of segmenting your contacts' unsubscriptions, avoiding losing valuable leads in the process, or simply improving the accuracy of the content they receive.
